How to activate your SIM card from Sobeys or FreshCo
Ways to activate:
- Download the Lucky Mobile My Account app
- Visit luckymobile.ca/activate
You can bring over your existing phone and phone number.
What you’ll need:
- Top-Up Card, credit card or Visa Debit Card to make your initial payment. To purchase a Top-Up Card, visit one of our retailers.
- Credit card or bank account information if you wish to register for Automatic Top-Up.
How to get your 2,000 Scene+ points
Activate your SIM card and complete two Top-Ups or add enough funds to cover two months of service. You will receive a text message within a few days of your second Top-Up with a code and instructions to get your 2,000 Scene+ points.
- Go to sceneplus.ca/promocode and follow the instructions.
- Log in to your account if you’re a Scene+ member, or create a new account.
- Enter the code that you received by text.
- Redeem and enjoy!
Buying a SIM Card at Sobeys/FreshCo – frequently asked questions
You will receive a text message with your promo code and instructions on how to get your 2,000 Scene+ points within a few days of your second Top-Up.
If you received the text message with your promo code but have lost or deleted it, please contact us and a representative will help you.
The expiry date for your promo code will be communicated in the text message. Get your Scene+ points at sceneplus.ca/promocode or in the Scene+ app before the code expires.
As long as you complete your second Top-Up to cover the total monthly charges for a second month (before your account is deactivated) you will be eligible to receive the 2,000 Scene+ points.
If you did not receive your promo code to get your 2,000 Scene+ points and require further assistance, please contact us.
