Your Monthly Charge Date

What is my Monthly Charge Date?

The day of the month you activate your Lucky Mobile service will be your Monthly Charge Date. For example, if you activate your service on December 5th, your Monthly Charge Date is the 5th of each month.

If you activate on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, your Monthly Charge Date will be that day, or will be adjusted to the last day of the month if needed. For example, if you activate on May 31st, your next Monthly Charge Date will be June 30th. Note: your plan will automatically be in effect for the next Monthly Charge Date at midnight of said date.

If you don’t know your Monthly Charge Date, you can find it by accessing the Lucky Mobile My Account app or by logging in to My Account.

You will also be sent a text message a few days prior to your Monthly Charge Date, to remind you to Top-Up.

Why is my Monthly Charge Date important?

Your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons) is charged against your account on this day every month. Whether you Top-Up manually with a Lucky Mobile Top-Up Card, with a credit card, or you choose an Automatic Top-Up option, you will need to have enough balance in your Lucky Mobile account on your Monthly Charge Date each month. This will ensure you can continue using your Lucky Mobile service without disruption.

The data, call minutes and text messages included in your Plan as well as your Add-Ons will refresh on your Monthly Charge Date.

Do I need to renew my plan every month?

As long as you have enough funds in your account to cover your Total Monthly Charges, your Plan will remain active. If your service is suspended due to insufficient funds, you have 120 days to Top-Up and pay the outstanding charges. Service will be restored within 1 hour of payment.

What happens if I don’t have enough funds in my account to cover my Total Monthly Charge?

If you do not have enough funds in your account to cover your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons) on your Monthly Charge Date, your service will be suspended.

To continue your service, you will need to Top-Up with enough funds to cover your Total Monthly Charge, and the date of this payment will become your new Monthly Charge Date.

Non-payment for over 120 days results in account deactivation and phone number release. Full payment any time before the 120-day mark reactivates your account automatically within 1 hour. If your service is suspended and you end-up making a payment, your new Monthly Charge Date will be 1 month from the payment date. For example, a payment made on May 5th results in a new Monthly Charge Date of the 5th of each month onwards. If 120 days has passed and you would like to reactivate your Lucky Mobile service, you’ll need a new SIM Card or eSIM (if you have a compatible phone) and a new phone number will be assigned to you.

Can I change my Monthly Charge Date?

Please note that your Monthly Charge Date is fixed and therefore cannot be changed. Payment arrangements are unfortunately not possible.

Do the funds in my Lucky Mobile account ever expire?
