Your Monthly Charge Date
What is my Monthly Charge Date?
The day of the month you activate your Lucky Mobile service will be your Monthly Charge Date. For example, if you activate your service on December 5th, your Monthly Charge Date is the 5th of each month.
If you activate on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, your Monthly Charge Date will be that day, or will be adjusted to the last day of the month if needed. For example, if you activate on May 31st, your next Monthly Charge Date will be June 30th.
You will also be sent a text message a few days prior to your Monthly Charge Date, to remind you to Top-Up.
Why is my Monthly Charge Date important?
Your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons) is charged against your account on this day every month. Whether you Top-Up manually with a Lucky Mobile Top-Up Card, with a credit card, or you choose an Automatic Top-Up option, you will need to have enough balance in your Lucky Mobile account on your Monthly Charge Date each month. This will ensure you can continue using your Lucky Mobile service without disruption.
What happens if I don’t have enough funds in my account to cover my Total Monthly Charge?
If you do not have enough funds in your account to cover your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons) on your Monthly Charge Date, your service will be suspended.
To continue your service, you will need to Top-Up with enough funds to cover your Total Monthly Charge, and the date of this payment will become your new Monthly Charge Date.
If you fail to make a payment for four consecutive months, we will deactivate your account. The funds added to your account balance are not refundable. If you’d like to reactivate your Lucky Mobile service, you’ll need a new SIM Card and a new phone number will be assigned to you.
Do the funds in my Lucky Mobile account ever expire?
Funds you deposit into your Lucky Mobile account do not expire. The funds added to your account balance are not refundable.
