How to port my number seamlessly & complete my activation?
- In step 2 of the Lucky Mobile activation process, choose the option to "Transfer Your Existing Phone Number.“
- IMPORTANT: Enter either your phone's IMEI (a 15-digit code unique to your phone; you can usually find it in your phone's settings or dial *#06#), or your 4-digit account PIN from your previous provider, along with your current phone number. Double check your information to guarantee a faster port-in experience.
- Select the Lucky Mobile plan that's right for you.
- Payment Options:
1.Automatic Top-up: Get Bonus Data every month when you register for Auto Top-Up — the easiest way to pay for your service. We’ll automatically add funds from your credit card, Visa Debit or bank account to your account balance every month to cover your Total Monthly Charges. You can cancel Auto Top-Up at any time.
2.Manual Top-Up: You’ll need to remember to Top-Up your account with enough funds to cover your Plan and Add-Ons, every month before your Monthly Charge Date, to ensure uninterrupted service.
You can Top-Up using:
- Top-Up Cards (available at retailers, convenience stores, and gas stations)
- Credit or Visa Debit (via the Lucky Mobile app, website, or by dialing *111)
Important: To start using your service right away, you’ll need to do a manual top-up to cover your first total monthly charge (Plan + Add-Ons)
Once your activation has been completed, Lucky Mobile will not send you a text message confirming when your number is being transferred. Most transfers take just 2-5 hours, but the process can take up to 48 hours. If your number hasn't been transferred after 48 hours, call Lucky Mobile customer support at 1-877-449-0772 for assistance.
