As the person making the referral: You must be an existing Lucky Mobile customer. The referral offer and your friend’s offer will be applied at the same time, which will be during your referred friend’s 2nd or 3rd month of service. Both you and your friend must be active Lucky Mobile customers, and your account must be in good standing for a minimum of 30 days after the referral is complete and must remain open, active, and eligible. Heads up: you cannot register for the Lucky Mobile Refer-a-Friend program on the same day you activate with us.
As the person being referred: You must become a new Lucky Mobile customer activating a new Lucky Mobile number on an in-market plan, and your account must be in good standing for a minimum of 30 days after the referral is complete and must remain open, active, and eligible. Offers will only be applied to eligible accounts after a successful submission of the referral form and if you have made the 2nd, on-time, monthly payment. The referral credit is not available for referring existing Lucky Mobile customers.
Lucky Mobile employees (including former employees receiving an employee rebate on their account or third‐party employees who sell Lucky Mobile products and services) are not eligible for this program.
