Recent Court Orders

 

From time to time, Lucky Mobile may be subject to Court Orders that require us to disable access to certain unlawful content on the Internet. You can find copies of these Orders below:

Federal Court File No. T-955-21

Access to certain infringing live streams of National Hockey League (NHL) games has been blocked in Canada by Bragg Communications Inc. dba Eastlink, Cogego Connexion Inc., Distributel Communications Limited, Fido Solutions Inc., Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Shaw Communications Inc., TekSavvy Solutions Inc., Telus Communications Inc., Videotron Ltd., and Bell Canada pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated May 27, 2022, in Federal Court File No. T-955-21.

The Plaintiffs in this case are Rogers Media Inc., Rogers Communications Inc., Groupe TVA Inc., Le Réseau des sports (RDS) Inc., The Sports Network Inc., CTV Specialty Television Enterprises Inc., BCE Inc., and Bell Media Inc. (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”).

If you are the operator of any of the servers that have been blocked or a third party or Internet service customer affected by the Order, you may apply to the Federal Court to discharge or vary the Order pursuant to paragraph 19 of the Order.

Your e-mail should include the URL or IP address of the website you attempted to reach, as well as the date and time of your attempt.
