- The person who was recently referred to Lucky Mobile completes the form.
- The new line was activated during the promotional period.
- The form is completed within 10 days of activating your Lucky Mobile service.
- All the information entered in the form is accurate. We may not be able to notify you if information in your form is inaccurate.
- Offers current as of July 18, 2019. Promotional period is from June 18, 2019, to August 19, 2019. Subject to change without notice. Other conditions apply. Available with new activations only.
- Customers can only be referred once. Two customers cannot refer each other. If a customer is referred multiple times, or if two customers refer each other, only the first valid referral will be taken into account. You cannot refer yourself.
- To be eligible, customers on ineligible rate plans must switch to an eligible rate plan before the newly referred customer makes their second monthly payment. Once the offer has been applied to their account, customers will not be able to switch to an ineligible rate plan unless the offer is removed or has expired. The referral offer is available for 5 months from the point of application on the account.
- Referral forms submitted after 10 days will have a 20-day grace period. Submissions beyond 30 days will be ineligible.
- Both the referrer and the friend must be in active status. If either account is inactive, neither party will receive their offer.
